This highly faceted perfume opens with fresh and addictive bergamot notes.

The heart of the fragrance reveals a tiare flower ylang-ylang accord with a sensual signature featuring a soft, all-enveloping vanilla note.

Bergamot.

A faceted citrus fruit that is zesty, green and floral, bergamot is often dubbed "Calabria's green gold" and is one of the House's favourite raw materials.

Ylang-ylang.

The ylang-ylang flower grows in the Comoro Islands. Too fragile to be shipped, once picked it is immediately made into an essential oil using fire distillation. Ylang-ylang essence has a sunny, floral scent.

A LEGENDARY BOTTLE

Designed by Raymond Guerlain in 1912, its iconic “inverted heart” bottle is underscored with graceful scrolls typical of Art Nouveau.

Its avant-garde stopper, in the form of a hollowed heart, evokes the delicate romanticism of this perfumery masterpiece and represented a real technical feat at the time.
